LUXOR — Tender Steak & Seafood now has a tailgate lounge menu for football fans from 5 p.m. until the end of the game on Sunday and Monday evenings throughout the regular season. Look for American Kobe chili fries with cheddar cheese, Kobe short rib sliders, hot wings served with ghost chili mayonnaise and blue cheese dressing, bison bratwurst stadium dog served with sauerkraut and spicy whole grain mustard, a Vegas strip steak sandwich made with roasted red pepper sauce and pepper jack cheese on a hoagie roll and the duck bacon cheeseburger made with house-ground American Kobe beef, smoked duck bacon and cheddar cheese on a potato brioche bun. Also find toffee peanuts, chickpea hummus, eggplant baba ghanoush and crab meat guacamole. Buckets of Heineken, Heineken Light or Dos Equis are $30 while red and white wine tastings are $5 each.
